AEST exams are delivered through a credit base system. Exam credits are $1.00 each and can be purchased any time on our website. Certification exams have different credit costs and are listed on the individual certification details page.

All exam credits purchased are stored in the organization (school, department, company, etc.) AEST account’s as Available Exam Credits. When exams are administered on the organization’s account, credits are pulled from the Available Exam Credits balance for the exam administered.

There is never a cost to schedule exams, create user accounts, review records, or print certificates – credits are used for exam administration only.

Never worry about purchasing too many credits – AEST exam credits never expire! They remain in the organization’s account until they are used.

Printable exam estimates are available on demand using our “Exam Session Estimate Worksheet.”

Exam credits may be purchased using three payment options, depending on your account’s limits: invoice, purchase order or credit card. Exam credits are available for immediate use regardless of the payment option selected. Invoices will be generated for “invoice” and “purchase order” options. Invoices are sent electronically to the email address specified during the purchasing process and allow payments by check or credit card. Receipts for credit card purchases are provided electronically.
